Conceptual Designs

Design Definition
Once a concept has been selected, we shift our focus to developing it toward a prototype. This involves carefully picking out the best details from the various concepts generated during the ideation phase, and refining the chosen conceptual direction. We ensure that every aspect of the design has been considered, from the overall form to the tiniest details.
Prototyping and Design Refinements
We create detailed 3D CAD files, and use those to create real world prototypes. This process is critical to ensuring that the final design meets the necessary requirements and is ready for manufacturing. By gradually refining every aspect of the design, we are able to create products that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and efficient to manufacture.
Mechanical Development
Careful consideration is paid to all areas of the design as they are developed for manufacturing. Assembly strategies and final part details are worked out in collaboration with manufacturers. Part drawings and other control documentation is created to ensure the product is safe, reliable and meets the necessary performance requirements.
